2017 was a slightly mental one for me. I had some amazing opportunities and met so many fantastic people in just a short twelve months, more than I could have ever anticipated.
I was lucky enough to visit some amazing places such as Amsterdam, Bali and Barcelona and got the chance to perform in a wide variation of different plays and musicals, ending the year with my first professional contract in the York Barbican pantomime.
It's also no secret to those who know me that I'm quite a sentimental gal and a bit of a lover of all things scrapbook-memory-keepsake related and late last year I came across something RIGHT up my street and have had to wait an entire year to see the end result.
So worth it.
So here I am introducing my own video documenting one second of every day of 2017 (admittedly not every day as I broke my phone half way through and had to attempt to recover the first six months I had lost when I redownloaded the app) but a full year all the same, made with the app 'One Second Everyday'.
I bloody love it.
Even though there is a small price to pay for the app, I think it's £4.99 on iTunes, it is so worth the investment as it creates a form of a video diary that refreshes your memories of a fleeting year better than anything you would create yourself and with such easy application. One second may seem short but a short video creates a full memory with sound as well as picture so that the moment is complete.
I have a feeling this will become a little tradition of mine now and I urge you all to do the same.
Happy New Year to all.
Have a cracking 2018 and give yourself a New Year's Eve treat of a little run through of your year's best moments!
